Peter Jackson has finally confirmed Ian Holm to be on board for The Hobbit. The Hobbit in 3D…No, Thank You
There's worrying news coming out of Middle Earth today as Guillermo del Toro's two-part adaptation of The Hobbit may, just may, be the latest feature to make us don those nerdy glasses and enter the third dimension. Del Toro posted the following on LOTR fan-site theonering.net: "I wouldn't read much on it just yet, but now, after all this time, after AVATAR doing the Box Office it did, we have had enquires from above about The Hobbit being in 3-D. No impositions or heavy leaning. Just enquires. Just fulfilling my promise to let you all know if discussions ever started. Cheers, GDT." -
