The film of the year in my opinion, Ive been waiting for Revenge of the Fallen for months. Not just becuase of Megan Fox and her fantastic body, but becuase the first transformers film was so well executed I couldnt wait to see the sequel. Revenge of the Fallen does not dissapoint, with amazing special effects, action scenes right the way through and a comedy streak to get you laughing in between the robot wars.
The film partially carries on from the first film, whereby we are introduced to a piece of the “cube” after it had been destroyed, and Megatrons body at the bottom of the ocean. Megatron is revived by a fellow decepticon and flys back to Cybertron to find out why he was left to rot. Making a few discoveries, Megatron returns to Earth lusting for revenge from Optimus Prime and the Autobots, who are on Earth protecting the human way of life.
As you can imagine, all hell breaks lose, with the autobots fighting for piece and the decepticons fighting to rule the planet. With an interesting twist very early on in the film, the entertainment is at an all time high and revenge of the fallen grips you into its storyline with a serious grasp. Double this action up with Megan Fox’s beatifully crafted behind, and you have the makings of a box office hit currently netting around $600 million dollars worldwide. Not bad for a few days showings…
