Amitabh Bachchan will be in Anees Bazmee’s Hera Pheri part 4. Some may be wondering whats happened to the 3rd part, but in this regard Anees said “Actually there’s an explanation in Hera Pheri Part 4 as to why part 3 is missing. Just wait and see”. A clever way to get the cinema goers to watch his movie.
The first edition of Hera Pheri by Priyadarshan was a major hit. Seeing the success of Hera Pheri other filmmakers tried to pick up on the success, so Neeraj Vora decided to direct the 2nd part Phir Hera Pheri, which in my opinion didn’t quite live up to the standards, although a funny movie the story line lacked creativity, and was very cliche. It will be interesting to see how Anees Bazmee deals with the next one, again a different director than the previous two movies. The main characters Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal will be reunited once again and it will be interesting to see the comic role of Big B.
“Comedy is what sells these days. To make people laugh is a blessing and I’ve done it repeatedly without resorting to vulgarity. The script is ready. He’ll (Amitabh Bachchan) play the catalyst in the comedy. It’s every directors dream to work with Amit-ji and I’m no exception”, Anees said.
