Not many of you will be aware of the Secrets Cinema. During this summer there has been a quiet revolution happening in the world of film. A stand against the big box office cinema giants. It is known as Secret Cinema, and has been running in London, in unusual locations showing classic films.
To get yourself in the loop you need to be signed up to the website, facebook or twitter. The locations are strictly under wraps until the last minute. An echo of the rave days of the early 90’s, waiting for a message to give directions to some secret rendezvous… only this time its not a field of ravers, but a projection screen and a classic film.
There is a screening on Halloween. Who knows where and who knows what film? You can guarantee it will be an event worth finding out about for the shear adventure of it. Previous screenings have included The Warriors along with special guest appearances. What a great idea!
