Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang is the sequel to the 2005 film Nanny McPhee and again stars Emma Thompson, who has herself worked on the screenplays for both films which are adapted from Christianna Brand’s Nurse Matilda books. She returns as the as the magical nanny this time to help young mother Maggie Gyllenhaal run her family farm while her husband is away at war. But the thing we’re most excited about Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang is the fact that the hilarious Bill Baileys on the cast list!
