One of Bollywoods best Horror flicks “Phoonk” is about to release a sequel. Phoonk 2 is coming out guys. According to Glamsham the famous Bollywood horror filmmaker gets scared watching horror films. Recently in a promotional event held for Phoonk 2, Ram Gopal Varma admitted, ‘I get scared easily watching horror films. If I am all alone at home & some horror movie is being played I’ll immediately shut off the TV.’
On the other side, ask him about his all time favourite horror film, quick comes the reply, ‘EXORCIST is my all time favourite film,’ Further he adds about the effects it had on him, ‘I remember this thing, when I saw EXORCIST first time, I couldn’t sleep for one whole week. Infact I was so much horrified that, I used to see ghost in every member of my family.’
When watching trailers members of the public thought it was a copy to Childs Play, but Ram Gopal Varma was quick to counter, “No it doesn’t hold any resemblance to CHILD’S PLAY in any manner. PHOONK 2 is an extension of PHOONK. The story is continuing from where we left in PHOONK. So there’s no question it being similar to CHILD’S PLAY.”
The filmmaker has revealed there will be a Phoonk 3 which is already under production.
