From Director Darren Aronofsky (Dream for a Requiem, The Wrestler) comes this dark, twisted thriller starring Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis.

Set around a ballet school in New York, Nina (Portman) finally achieves her dream of becoming chief performer. Before long, new blood has arrived (Kunis) and her elegance immediately catches the eye of the artistic director (Cassel). Tensions rise and Nina’s obsession with her own success leads her to paranoia and more sinister actions. How will she cope… or won’t she?

This could well be Aronofsky’s finest work to date, combining disturbing scenes suited to a thriller and wide, angular shots of the calm and tranquil ballet.
