There is no release date for the film so far, but South Korean director Kim Ji-Woon, whose previous works include psychological horror A Tale of Two Sisters, is reported to be taking the directorial reigns on The Last Stand.
With filming starting in September, the director has descried the film as a combinaiton of Die Hard and High Noon. Having recently made the headlines with a series of scandals, the ex-politician will have to put in a stunning performance to re-establish his place as Hollywood’s leading man.
