The Final Destination (2009)

Starring: Bobby Campo, Shantel VanSanten, Nick Zano, Haley Webb

If you intend to see this movie then theres a good chance you have seen Final Destination 1, 2 or 3 or even all of them. This version is very much the same – only its available in some cinemas in 3-D.

This time the plot is based around a group of kids who are at a race track. As typical one of them has a premonition that they are all going to die and makes them all leave. Don’t they ever learn? They can’t cheat death… if they were meant to die, then they’re going to die.

And so, one by one the kids gets picked off by the unknown, invisible force of death. The format is exactly the same as with the previous versions, just different ways of being killed.

If you enjoyed the other 3 films, then no doubt you will probably enjoy this one. I did, it wasn’t great but it wasn’t poor. Its basically your classic teen horror. This time the franchise is drawing increasingly thin… surely they are going to run out of ideas sometime soon? Not while there’s money to be made.
