When Corporal Bower (Ben Foster) sets off to search the ship, he finds a small group of humans onboard, locked in a brutal battle with an unknown and very dark enemy. As they discover more, the commanders realise nothing is at it seems on the ship, and if they are to survive, they will need to work together like never before…
Beyond a reasonable Doubt
Starring: Michael Douglas, Jesse Metcalfe, Amber Tamblyn
Gripping Courtroom drama in which Michael Douglas plays Martin Hunter, a ditrict attorney with an unbeatable record of locking up villains. With Hunters lock up rates being SO high, he comes under question by a leading reporter. Investigating into Hunters activities, CJ Nicholes (Jesse Metcalfe) puts himself on the line by framing himself as a potential suspect in a murder case. As both men try to work out the supposid truth, they realise they are getting in deeper and deeper, not only taking each other down, but also those around them. Lots of twists and turns, this film will keep you guessing right till the very end.
Toy Story 3D
Starring: Tom Hanks, Tim Allen
Woody and Buzz are back! This time, they are in glorious 3D, which gives them a whole new edge. Being his keepers favorite toy for as long as he can remember, Woody is distraught to learn that a new toy is taking his place – Buzz Lightyear. With Woody losing his place in the toy cupboard and Buzz liking his new found fame, this look disastrous for the toys. Then one day, when the two toys accidently find themselves trapped in the house of the next door neighbour bully, they have no choice but to put their differences aside and work together to get out of there. A very likeable film, this is one of Pixars very early animation movies that rocked.
Driving Aphrodite
Starring: Nia Vardalos, Richard Dreyfous, Alistair Mcgowan
Georgia (Nia Vardalos) has been single for longer than she can remember. Her ‘Kefi’ (Mojo in Greek) walked out the door with her lovelife too, leaving her with nothing remotely associated with love or passion. Determined to rekindle her love life, Georgia signs up to be a tour guide around Greece. As luck has it for her, she doesnt so much find love but instead has to work with a nasty fellow guide, put up with annoying tourists and a grumpy driver. Off to a very bad start, Georgia realises that although love doesnt seem to be on the agenda, learning to enjoy herself might be. A romantic comedy, Driving Aphrodite is a warm and affectionate film.
