Who feels the US hit TV show Heroes is dragging out the story-line? I do. There are 2 reasons that got me into Heroes in season 1; the whole concept of Peter Petrelli vs Sylar and the hot cheerleader, Claire Bennett (Hayden Panettierre).  Where are the strong storylines like “Save the cheerleader, save the world” gone, which pretty much made Heroes as the catch phrase spread like wildfire.

Season 4 seems to concentrate on the new character Samuel, a carnie, who has a plan for all beings with powers, but it’s not clear if his intentions are good or bad! I do hope there some relevance in his storyline as it seems pointless. There could’ve been so many parts that can be sped up. Hiro Nakamura also keeps disappearing from and to time and space, his storyline really needs to step up it’s game. Peter Petrelli is one of the most powerful guys in there, I think it’s about time he stops living indenial and becomes a confident character. I can understand Sylar’s story as a long one, which is allowed to be stretched because of his confused nature. I think they did try spice up Claire Bennett with the lesbian kiss, which was pretty hot!

So what’s keeping me following the series, there’s only one thing, a stand-off between Sylar and Peter Petrelli, which I hope will happen at some point, it’s so exciting to watch, or a twist in the storyline, could Sylar turn into one of the good guys in aiding Peter Petrelli to fight off Samuel, if that ever happens, pure speculations here, but I hope the build up is worth it!
