Everyone loves a fancy dress party and so I thought it would be a good idea to give some ideas on which film characters you can dress up as for your parties. Ive looked around at what costumes I think are good and I have also seen at various parties I have been to. The average you would look to pay for a costume is around £30.00, which isnt bad considering you can reuse it over and over at different parties. Easy Fancy Dress Costumes
Scream
Going as the killer from scream has a couple of good points about it. The first is that your identity can be consealed for the duration of the evening so you are free to act as you please. The second is that you literally need no time to get ready for the party – as all you need to do is put your killing mask on and grab your weapon (plastic please – we dont want murders on our hands). James Bond
Fantasticly Bond, all you need for this is a Full Tuxedo with that swarve, sophisticated persona that gets bond all the girls. Wearing just a tuxedo you may be able to be noticed as a bond, however what might seal the deal for you is a plastic pistol. Id reccomend you dont go to a fancy dress shop for this but actually hire a tuxedo. And when you order your drink, dont forget to go for a vodka martini, “shaken, not stirred”. 
Agent Smith / Trinity -Matrix
Realistically if your looking for an easy costume you can go as any character from the matrix film. Agent Smith would be my choice, as all you need are a relatively simple pair of classic rectangle shape sunglases along with a black suit. The most exciting character out of the film would probably be trinity, given that she dresses in leather in the first matrix. The Mask
Fancy going as the green faced comical lunatic? Well the mask is a great costume for a party, especially if you can take a dog along with you. Id reccomend you have a cigarette extension and also a whacky suit to go with it.
Uncle Fester
Uncle fester requires some face paints and someone to apply them, but once applied, you will look brilliant. This suits anyone who has little or no hair on top too, so if you dont have much hair on your head dont dispair, uncle fester is the way to go! View Uncle Fester at Jokers Masquerade
Jack Sparrow
Thinking of going as a pirate? Dont just go as any pirate, go as JACK SPARROW! a jack sparrow costume isnt difficult to find, and there are many shops out there that will help you buy one. Ghostbusters
My mate went to a party last week and he and his three friends all coordinated there outfits to go as the ghostbusters. Im not sure who dressed up as who, but they all had their ghostbuster suits and proton packs on their backs. To save some money, you could just take a small hoover along with you to the party, which you can then leave somewhere once your tired of carrying it around. If you want to go for the whole hog, this outfit here should do the trick.
