‘The Final Exorcism’, chilling our cinemas from September 3rd..

The third in the ‘Exorcist’ franchise is set to be arriving in UK cinemas on September 3rd. This film follows Reverend Cotton Marcus on his final exorcism, this time followed by a documentary crew, who aim to film the process and results of Cotton’s exorcism’s.

The story is told from the perspective of the Reverend, through the lens of the camera being carried. It is to be presented in a ‘Cloverfield’ style; with jerky, hand-held movements throughout.

It has been reported as one of the scariest films ever made and made it’s debut in the US at the LA Film Festival on the 17th June.

Directed by German newcomer Daniel Stamm and produced by the gore-loving Eli Roth (Hostel, Grindhouse), there is a real sense of anticipation regarding this release.

Running with the line “If you believe in God, you believe in the Devil”, this latest instalment of an already fantastically scary film franchise is set to chill many more that ever before!

You can watch the trailer below – which is scary enough!
