Greenhorn Short Film Festival 11-15 Nov

Greenhorn Short Film Festival is back and as well as championing emerging filmmaking talent we are also celebrating our fifth Birthday this year!

‘Greenhorn is stimulating, original, healthily anarchic and sharp as a row of needles. In short, a breath of fresh air’ – Greenhorn’s Patron, writer and director Mike Leigh.

Returning to our hub venue ArtHouse Crouch End (Best Cinema, Time Out 2014) this year’s fest promises to be red hot. Taking place from 11 to 15 November our fifth edition brings you five days of short film screenings, panel discussions, workshops, cross-arts events and good times across three exciting London venues.

We will be bringing you some Japanese gems in our It Came From Japan screening, in partnership with Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia; taking you on a journey into the bizarre in Strange World and returning to our old favourite The Selection. This year also sees some exciting collaborations with Bertha DocHouse at their stunning Curzon Bloomsbury screen for our I Am What I Am short documentary screening and London Film Academy for our Industry Day at The Proud Archivist. But that is not all! For those who dare to venture out of Friday 13, our Laughter Live event will see a selection of dark and surreal comedy shorts followed by live stand up.

Clear your diaries for 11-15 November it is going to be a cinematic roller-coaster ride of film induced emotion.

Tickets are now on sale, available via www.greenhornfestival.com
