64 year old actress Goldie Hawn (Wild Cats, Private Benjamin) is in talks with Government parties to open up a Buddhist school in the U.K. Goldie, who heads up her own charity in the U.S (The Goldie Hawn Foundation), wants to replicate her model of schooling here in the UK to help stamp out violence amongst children and wider society. Hawns Buddhist schools teach children how to be socially and emotionally stable, so that they grow up to be happy, pleasant individuals.

Reports state that Hawn is in discussions with the Tories and Conservatives over possible plans to roll out the school. Conservative education secretary Michael Gove told BBC News: “We are meeting to discuss how she might be able to help education here.

Perhaps we should scrap the likes of David Cameron and replace him with Jean Claude Van Damme…. 🙂
