Future Cinema, creators of the acclaimed Secret Cinema, have just annouced a special screening as a tribute to the late, great Dennis Hopper. On Saturday 31st July they will be screening David Lynch’s 1986 cult classic Blue Velvet at the Troxy in London.
Tickets are on sale now here at £15.00 (£12.50 for concessions) and the audience are invited to come dressed as their favourite Hopper character or leading lady.
Dennis Hopper died of cancer in May this year but he is an iconic figure in cinema, most remembered for roles in Rebel Without A Cause, Apocalypse Now and Easy Rider, and this event will mix film and live music alongside food and drink for a fun filled night to celebrate his career.
