Nolan: No Involvement in Batman Reboot or JLA Movie

Christopher Nolan, Director of The Dark Knight Rises

During a press junket for upcoming Batman epic The Dark Knight Rises, director Christopher Nolan doused any rumored links between himself and a proposed Justice League of America adaptation.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Nolan stated, “This is the end of our take on the character…I’ve got no plans to do anything more, and certainly, no involvement with any Justice League Project.”

This appears to contradict the reports that Nolan, who is producing the next Superman film, would also produce a proposed Batman reboot after The Dark Knight Rises hits cinemas. Giving the titanic success of Marvel’s The Avengers, a team up between The Dark Knight and the Man of Steel most surely be top of DC Comic’s wish-list, with or without Nolan’s involvement.
